A friend of mine has created a website where he has cured a disease called Morgellon's, but he says his "cure" for mogellons works on MRSA and Lymes. Morgellons is a horrific disease, where you feel like there is a colony of bugs inside your skin and they are biting you all the time. Mainstream medicine doesn't believe it exists and thus gives the patients anti-psychotic drugs. Check out his site: CAN MORGELLONS DISEASE BE CURED? - How I Cured Morgellons - he currently doesn't sell anything on the site and he has a protocol listed there and he says there are over 200 people who have been cured using his protocol. If you are a mogellon's sufferer, he will call you and coach you through your recover and he asks nothing in return. He has been helping people all over the world for over 3 years now. The problem is his time is being taken up by more and more people and in the near future, he has been threatening to start charging for his time. His web traffic is growing exponentially, as he is the only person in the world who has a cure for morgellons and MRSA. I'd give it a try, the protocol doesn't cost that much- maybe $100 a month, and for Morgellons, it usually takes 18 months to get rid of it. I'm not sure if Lymes is longer or shorter recovery. Someone may want to contact him to see what he says. He is a good guy, and he doesn't realize it, but he is changing the world- one person at a time. My hat is off to him.
...One of my symptoms was actually semi-similar to what you describe. Its the most intense itch/burn you can imagine. Its in my forearms the majority of the time and moves, like its alive. Also comes and goes, usually months apart, and usually strikes at night.I literally have wanted to take a fork to myself to make it stop.Doctors have told me its mental....how do ya like that?Another tick borne ilness to look out for is Babesiosis

What are the odds on that!! Thanks for sharing Gold Maven.

Maven.....Early 2000's,when I worked for the Gov. they required us to get a Lymes vaccine.I despise needles so I avoided it at all costs, despite threats of position termination :laughing7:Glad I did....several people I worked with actually contracted the disease from the Vaccines and one died...massive law suites came down,I dont know the out come?I vowed to never take another vaccine....although the Rabies vaccine I did take saved me a lot of anguish when I had to go through that treatment

A regular MD isn't good enough, he needs to find what they call a LDL MD I believe, it stands for Lyme Disease Literate. It can be extremely difficult to get rid of. Naturopath can also help, there are so many natural antibiotics that are more effective than what's on the market, due to bacterial resistance.

I think it's the die off symptoms of the bacteria that makes it so terrible for the patient during treatment.
Thanks for your info gsxraddict.

You may want to check out the Morgellon's site. It is horrific and it is like an alien has taken over your body and created a colony on it. My friend thinks that the source is genetically modified cotton. He thinks in the modification of the cotton, a microscopic animal (called a Rotifer) which digests wood, was somehow modified to digest you from the inside out. It sets up colonies in your body and goes about reproducing and eating you- this is crazy stuff. His protocol is pretty simple, he uses something called MMS which through a process turns into Chlorine Dioxide in your body and some other products. This is the same stuff they use at water treatment plants to kill everything. It is like a homemade chemotherapy, although the only side effect is that if you take too much you will have a mild (but instantaneous) diarrhea issue. Here you can read up on it (This is just a site I found that talks about MMS): What is MMS

He has developed a whole protocol around it. My friend is a very anal person, and his anality is why he figured out what to do. His protocol works- he doesn't sell the products, you buy them somewhere else, but his site tells you how to beat the scourge and he charges nothing for the cure. His phone is literally ringing off the hook and he is up a 3AM talking to people in Russia, NZ or anywhere in the world. And he doesn't charge a dime. He does have a non-profit (that rarely gets donations) where the donations pay to deliver the ingredients of the cure to people who cannot afford to buy it.

If you have something that the Dr's cannot pin down, you may want to check out his site (he sells nothing there) to see if your symptoms are similar to others who are getting relief from the disease.

He is a remarkable man.

The die-off is called a "herx" reaction. You have to figure out the life cycle of the bug, and pull back on your attack as they are dying off, or else you will get REALLY sick. It's a process, a long process, but eventually people see results. My friend seems to think a lot of these bugs have some sort of bio-film on them where normal drugs don't affect them. Weird stuff.

I've taken up to 19 drops of MMS, with no side effects whatsoever (but I worked up to 19 drops over 19 weeks). The only side effect of it, if you take too much and have a massive die-off/herx reaction, is uncontrollable diarrhea and the way to stop that is by drinking orange juice. You have to be careful with the stuff because it is bleach that you can drink. If you take more than 25 or so drops at a time, I am sure bad stuff can happen.

Sure you read wiki, but then you realize that NO ONE has a cure for morgellons, except for my friend. There are over 100 people on his website who swear by it and have cured themselves of the disease. The last time I started to get that nasty flu bug going around, I started out on 5 drops and worked up a drop an hour for the first 12 hours. Each time I added a drop, the symptoms of the flu got lesser and lesser and eventually it went away. There is no doubt you need to respect the stuff and don't drink it by the glassful- which I might add, would taste awful. At 19 drops, I had to hold my nose and swallow it as it tasted exactly like chlorine bleach. Awful taste, but as you read on my friends site, it makes the bugs go away, right away. They cannot stand the stuff.

My guess the "managed medicine" industry isn't too keen on something like this that cures permanently. It is bad for (the managed health care) business. I wouldn't write it off until you read some of the testimonials. People have wasted away their life savings on Dr's giving them anti-depressants and when they are broke, they go to the howicuredmogellons website. They have no where to turn. The Dr's don't seem to have any issues giving them drugs that don't do anything for their illness- which I might add - for those of you who have Lymes, how are the Dr's drugs working out? Are you cured? Or is your illness being properly "Managed".

I just thought I'd add my $0.2. Currently I am healthy, but if I ever came down with something like lymes, or Morgellons, I would pull out the MMS in a heartbeat. I believe it works, as I have seen what it did for my friend.

I'd like to take a moment to pre-apologize for anything insensitive I may have said to anyone on this thread. Lately I have been putting my foot in my mouth more often than not. Having any of these diseases sucks and it must be especially horrific not getting any results and not knowing what to do. And then last thing anyone wants to hear is someone coming off a high horse with an attitude. I am learning that email communications are not a good way for me to communicate, especially when discussing sensitive things.

Please accept my apologies.

Sorry to hear of your friend's problem with Lyme. My only thought is for him to go to a doctor who specializes in Chronic Lyme. Most doctors, though well intentioned, do a half assed job of diagnosing Lyme and treating it. Even if he has to travel, finding a Doctor who is a specialist in the treatment of Lyme could be an answer.

The best way to prevent Lyme is to stay out of the tick's habitat. For many, that is asking too much. So, the nxt best thing is to protect yourself. That is done through a combination of barrier systems and repellant. Wear light colored clthing so you can see the little *******s. Tuck pants into socks. Wear long sleeved shirts and a wide brimmed hat. Some experts advocate wearing gloves.

Treat your clothing( not your skin) with Permethrin. it is the most effective deterrent. The best way to do this is to soak your clothing in Permethrin and let it dry. The Permethrin will remain active for a reasonably long period of time. usually, until you was your clothes again. treat your socks and your shoes.

Bring a change of clothes with you as well as a lint roller and a platic bag. Lint rollering deer ticks off you. Oh what fun!!! if you've treated your clothes effectively the only live ticks will be doomed walking wounded. But, leave nothing to channce. Lint roller yourself, with the help of a friend or SO, strip and put the clothes into a plastic bag. The bag rides in the trunk of the car or in a sealed container.

Once at home, everything you wore in the woods gets a half hour of high heat dryer time.

lastly two falacies that need to be mentioned - ticks don't jump. Maybe they don't but in an open field of knee high grass it is tough to explain how they instantly appear on your chest.

Second - ticks don't drop from trees. Oh, yes they do! All ticks are programed to climb up. While most of their prey is found only a few inches off the ground the ticks don't know this. They will keep climbing until the tree/ branch. twig, whatever runs out. they wait at the edges of these bushes, leaves and twig ends for a meal to come by. That they are ten feet over the trail doesn't register. However your carbon monoxide does. Come close enough and they will drop on you. You may brush a leaf five or six feet off the ground or while bending down.and now you've got one crawling around your head. A light colored wide brimmed hat will help prevent this from happening.
