New to the forum and new to MDing

Looking foreward to both. Just got done ordering my first detector, a Garrett Ace 250 Pro. Both the detector and this site were recomended to me by an aquaintence. I would say freind but i have never met they guy face/face, gotta love the internet. Hi tman if your out there, and hello all forum members. To good fortune!

Minnesota, so I have a little frozen tundra to deal with. My entire back yard is a sandbox because my wife has a daycare so I figure I will get used to my detector by letting my kids bury coins in the sand and have me try to find them. Should be fun for all of us and by the time spring rolls around I should have a good idea of how my ace works, function wise.
