warehouse find......

So its raining, no where to go, I had a chance to go check out an old warehouse my friend just bought.
I get there and they are packing the warehouse with restaurant exp, hes a vendor, out in the corner I see a car cover and get curious and ask him about it, he tells me feel free to check it out.
He tells me he included it in the purchase of the warehouse so he could sell it later......
