Shiny Rock

I found this rather shiny rock and wondering if anyone can identify. Two faces are covered with flakes and the sides are dull but filled with small bits......Pyrite?

Looks like a mica schist, some what common. Re-post this in the rock/gem forum and some others might add a comment.

I would say mica as well. Seen this stuff around when I was a kid. I have a big rock collection from friends in Colorado, which included mica.
