LOL, OK I was looking at the pics in the first link and I swear one of those pics was of a little girl smoking a cigarette!

Benefits I see in owning this:

It's in California gold country (with a river)
It was a gold boom town
It had a LOT of activity back in the day, so lots of coin and relic detecting along with prospecting possibilities!
