Unfortunately, with all those other machines having failed, I don't see how just covering expenses would be sufficient incentive for anyone to respond to you with an acceptance of your offer -IMO. Perhaps a front end payment, a per diem salary AND a piece of the deal would work.
Then, up front, add something about the target: Is is a legend you are seeking or is it a documented buried hoard? Do you have an export permit available to the investor or do you offer to pay the investor in US$ for his share of the recovery? What share are you offering the investor?
I'll stop there.........

I highly recommend the Garrett ACE 350, and a pro-pointer. I have a blue backpack, stuffed w/ accessories from Kellyco, but my passport is expired:sadsmiley:
