OK You get the worlds best signal, but the 'ground' is like concrete! what do you reach for? Well, I got a couple of options.
-The Wilcox 401 is about 12" long with pointed end and square end.

- The A M Leonard Is an all steel shovel.

They are top quality. I have had them for many years. Frank...-

A M Leonard Has there catalog on line and they will send you a hard copy upon request.
The Wilcox was purchased many years ago from a catalog.
Hay, I buy them where I see them. My hand tools, including a 3 tine adjustable 'rake' which is used in the woods and in desert locations were purchased at Sears.
My digging knife came from Leonard. Frank...-

I just pour bacon grease over my "hot hits" and come back later. Dogs do most the work...:laughing7:

Now the going gets easy on the beach.
This is my customized Jet Scoop. It started out as a hand scoop, but I soon saw the need to improve it.
The stock basket is stainless steel, the bolts are SS also, the handle is electrical conduit that has been coated with thinned plastic dip. all the rivets in the basker are now aluminum. The orange handle bar cover is a bicycle contribution. The holes are just small enough to stop a dime. I just scoop and shake it till only the target remains. It is about 13 years old now. Probably will outlast me. lol Frank...-

Hay I just gave everyone the scoop on the construction! By the way, the original Jet Scoop was from Kellyco.
