johnnycat , A Hobo Nickel would be a very tough find indeed , with a detector or coin roll hunting . I suppose it's been done but
it has got to be very rare (in my estimation that would be a BANNER find )

Hobo Nickels have become a very big deal and there are collectors of both the "first generation" Hobo nickels, and a very active
collectors market for "new generation" or modern Hobo nickels.

The market for these is being flooded by next generation hobo nickels. :sadsmiley: Its getting very hard to find original hobo nickels. :BangHead:
