Use a mandrel and a leather or very soft mallet. But check this video.

Silver is soft. Find a round thing like wooden kitchen tool handle or plastic tube cap,anything just under the rings size and force the ring over it and press hard to restore
roundness to the opening while rotating it. you should be able to fix it that way.
