It's Legal to Dig in Toronto,Ont.Canada?=York U Tunnel
A mysterious,tunnel was discovered recently near the campus of York University,and a Toronto Pan Am Games venue, within a Conservation area ;however the authorities say the threat level is minimal.
What was just as interesting interesting for me was the Police stating,"It's not illegal to dig" ............who knew?
Actually as far as I know it is illegal to 'dig up' Public areas in Ontario, also illegal to pan...........unless for Mineral hunting.
