Hi every one, I know this is a repetatively asked question yet here it is again. Ive been looking at some and youtubing videos but I still dont know what im looking for.
I live in an area with high mineralization, copper, iron, silver, chromium, nickel, everything in one spot. What I want is something that could find old coins, nic nacs, jewelry, and antiques but as well as gold. The gold we have here is fine, superfine, The biggest piece I have is about 2MM in size.

Can one detector do all this?

If anything I will buy a nice used one

A good high freq gold machine will find coins and jewelry quite well. Garrett AT Gold comes to mind. Also the Fisher Gold Bug which you should be able to find used as well. Lower freq machines (5-12 khz) will have trouble with tiny gold bits. Seems that higher freq and GB is something you are going to need.
