Local news is talking this down. BLM wants them to remove some buildings they had erected. Because the BLM can be real unreasonable jerks, people were running scared. I think the Oath Keepers have established what they desired, BLM has backed off, and both the mine owners and BLM are willing to let it work itself out in court. This is nothing new, BLM has been treating claim owners down there like low life dung, and it's been going on for years, so those guys have a reason to be worried, but it doesn't appear, at least at this point, that there is going to be a Bundy type standoff. Which might be the good thing that Bundy accomplished, the BLM and Forest Service are thinking twice about what they used to do and get away with all the time.
