Anyone from Rockport Massachusetts??

.TITLE SHOULD HAVE READ, WAKEFIELD MASSACHUSETTS, NOT ROCKPORT.
Hey folks. Not sure where this would fit. About ten years ago, I was walking along the beach by my house in eastern canada, and came across a note in a bottle. It was from an 11 year old girl from Wakefield, Mass and was thrown into the ocean on July 21, 1998. I'm not sure how big of a town Wakefield is, but she was a Laskey from Tobey Lane. Any help would be appreciated. The house was on the market a while back, and I belive the family moved
