Just a quick request for clarification... It's always good to know exactly where you are and who owns or manages the land you are detecting on. Having boated on the lower St. Croix for two decades I am unaware of any state park or state park beach that exists on the river within the St. Croix County border. Which part of the river were you detecting on?
