Hey I just wanna use this thread to ask a question that has been egging me on to ask...

What ever happened to that Kindle School... the one that got all the free detectors from people here...
And vowed to engage and post the finds ?

Anyone seen or heard from em ?

Did not want to start a thread to ask... and more will see here than another thread.

delete after... or if no response.
They could have sold them all and made a fast buck ..???

Appears it only goes back to May 4, 2006.

Evidently something is lost when I save the link on the wayback website... I took screenshot this time, I am thinking it loses something after so long as link I posted does say 2006, but I was looking at screenshots of 1996 originally...

ah, that screenshot brings back memories. I remember being here in the late 90's. Then I recall that TreasureNet experienced a glitch, or maybe I just lost my username or password, don't quite remember. All a bit hazy. Could have sworn my username was Gary in CA, and not Gary in Santa Cruz. Just recently looked up TreasureNet and to my pleasant surprise, TreasureNet remembered my email address when I hit the "lost password" button.

So IS TODAY THE DAY ?

Or what became of the discrepancy in date ?

I never heard whether or not this would be a good time/day to try and break attendance record either... not really responses rather.

Tomorrow is my 1 year as a Tnet member as well...

I figured when I joined I would give it a year... see what happens... If I liked being a member... if other members tolerated me...
If I could bring anything to the table so to speak...

Welp...
Down to hours now... I may just make it a year.
Then I will retire...
Since few like me here anyway... :P

Yep...
might have to move on down the lonely internet wire...

*sniff*... *snort*... *cough*... *hack*... *sigh*.

Heh heh heh. *yawn*

OH WAIT !... I paid money !... I am staying till I get my last pennies worth :P
