75, I remember when the Big Dipper seemed much smaller.
My first hunt was in 1971 with a co-worker. He got me started and first hunt was a site near the "Battle of Kennesaw Mountain".
I still have some old bullets from that first time out. I don't remember the model of Fisher I used but you could compare it to swinging a 10 HP outboard motor. :)

I'll turn 59 this year. I started with computers in 1984 while in the Army. MY first was a Commodore C-16. The first time I went "online" was at 1200 baud to a BBS to play Bordello. The "high speed" guys had Commodore Amigas and Apples. I've been digging since 1994.

I'm 70. Bought my first detector in the late 60s I think. It was a Whites Coinmaster and I swear that thing held 2 dozen AA batteries. Just got back in the hobby after many years. First computer had a 13 inch monitor and a 40MB hard drive. Before we got computers at work we got our lab results by autowriter. After we did get computers the boss came by the doghouse one day and asked if we would start using this new thing he called eMail.
