the powers that be, are not being truthful about the king
ive read the same things at other sites as well, i think the
king is prob comfortable by now

28. Is the King shy? Most cobras are shy. They will run and hide when people are around.
The exception is King Cobra, who is aggressive, and will rear up and stand his ground when
confronted. He will defend his Kingdom at all costs…

29. Where does he hide and survive? The King Cobra can be found across the Indian Subcontinent,
Southeast Asia, the Philippines, as well as the southern areas of East Asia. It can be found in islands
such as Java and Borneo, and also in Northern Africa. His Habitat mainly includes the plains and dense
rain-forests of Southern China, India and Southeast Asia. He can be found either on land, dense forests,
up in the trees, bamboo thickets or even in water. The King is a great climber and an excellent swimmer,
and his preferred spots are areas with lakes, streams or near swamps. His habitat can also include open
fields or agricultural areas.

It really burns my britches when I hear stuff like this. U.S. Gov should have spent their money on enforcing imports of these creatures instead of burning weed farms in the California hills.

I agree !

Californians need that weed to keep them Mello

Just think with all their natural forest fires, the Parties uphill could make them allot of money too

Love it. Hey just think if Californians had the same rules and regulations the typical New Yorker has to endure. What then? Anarchy? :laughing7:

updates and vid at the link, how far can/would a snake go in 24 hrs

water damaged cage, prob a snake loose in the garage
guess the owner left the garage door open while checking the cages
and he thinks the snake left while door was open,so he looked for
the snake for 24 hrs then reported the snake gone, and gets a fine
for late reporting
Missing king cobra owner cited, records say - Orlando Sentinel

It is legal to own these snakes in many places, it is called freedom, however laws should be there to hold the people that exercise this freedom to be responsible for any problems that arise from this.
