Pirate Hunters!

Has anyone read the book Pirate Hunters? I just started it but was hooked from paragraph one. I wasn't aware that anyone had found another pirate ship besides the Wydah or Blackbeards. I found the chapter on the pirate Ballister intriguing.

The closest I've come lately is "Pirate Latitudes" by Michael Chichton.
It's fiction, but supposedly based on actual events.

I half-expected the novel to hit the big screen, but maybe it got squeezed out by all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies?
