well I really doubt there were ever any old coins dropped in bama
And probably no cool old items from farms or cars or households
so maybe move to oregon

There was a legend of lost silver in northern Alabama(sry I can't put the link, not sure it's within rules,because of the location), I don't remember the details on it. There is a lot of history there! Just start digging on the net, one thing leads to another. You can find stuff anywhere! You just never know!

Eastern AL and Western GA also have a bunch of caves and I imagine the Native Americans explored a lot of them.
