Hi Folks; I'm HOOOOMMME. !!!

I just came home from the hospital yesterday. The surgery was a success. I do have some paralysis in that I can no longer bend forward or backwards or turn side to side but this was expected t happen. I'm home now resting comfortably thanks to the meds :tongue3:. It will be about 4 - 6 months before i regain the full use of my legs again but overall I'm very happy with the results. Heck, I even dropped 26.1 lbs in 3 weeks. I like that. Anyways, I missed you guys. PEACE:RONB

Welcome back to T-Net , but especially to your home!
Do the rehab...fight.
Adapt , and remember to savor the simple pleasures in life.
You'll know your limits in time.. but will detect again if you so desire.

Hey Ron.... Glad you made it back home and can reach out again. What kind of operation did you have (back surgery?). My wife goes in Feb. 5th for spinal fusion with the two steel rods running its length. Long recovery is in the forecast. I truly hope you didn't have to have that operation. But I sincerely wish you the best guy and a quick recovery.... :occasion14:

Good to see you made it home, Ron! Keep getting stronger every day and it will not be long until you are back out with your detector. :)
