Most people that I know use grey ghost. I also use grey ghost and they are a huge step up from stock headphones.

Hi; Thanks Jeff and guys.Yup Jeff, I'm deaf as a haddock. 23 years diving will do that to you. It's the most common injury for a diver; deafness. I was thinking of the Grey Ghosts but I wanted to weigh my options. Thanks. PEACE:RONB

I'm not Deaf, But I have Rock Concert Ears.
& I hate to have to Strain to Hear.
I do not have problem with the Black Widows.

Some times I get accused of having Selective hearing .
Not sure on that :unhappysmiley:

I need a "GOOD" set of headphones. The ones I use a junk ones. I am half deaf so clarity and volume are probably the biggest factors I need. I await your replies. PEACE:RONB

I'm in the same boat as you are concerning deafness....I have a set of Killer B's, single cup and I love 'em!! I do have to turn the volume all the way up to hear signals though....

Hi TC; A friend of mine here recommended the killer bees. They don't sound, pardon the pun, like the type I'm hunting for. I think Jeff is on the right track. I can have folks look right at me, say something, and I have no idea as to what the heck they just said. I drive my family nuts with it. I think I'll check out the Black Widows. I'm still open to the others though ok guys. Keep the suggestions coming. Thanks. PEACE:RONB

Awesome those will probably be my next set of headphones!

I have selective hearing also, by choice...most of the time. :D
Family gets a tad tee'd at me when I keep asking what they said, I swear sometimes they just mouth the words.

If you want the BEST:

SENNHEISER ORPHEUS

THEY WILL ONLY SET YOU BACK ABOUT $50,000!

Other than that, I have to go with Detectorpro Nugget Busters NDT. I am only going deeeeef on one side. These have individual cup volume control, and the cord plugs in on both ends (and comes with a spare cord).

NUGGET BUSTERS

"comes with a spare cord"
