Need HELP! In Charleston and want to detect!

Where can I go? Any advice would help! I'm new to detecting and haven't found a bunch so would love to find some good stuff

Hi; I'd love to help but I don't know your area at all. TIPS: Check out local farm fields. They are a gold mine. They are always being plowed up so there is always something new to find. Also any local beaches or lakes near you for change and jewelry. Try to RESEARCH your local history via old maps, Newspaper articles and pictures. Also talk to the old folks in your area. They ARE a great source of info for sure and they LOVE to talk about their past ok. Good Luck. PEACE:RONB
