Need some help to identity

There are no markings on it at all.it has a spot on inside of bowl that is under the glazing.
It has markings that look aztec to me, I have no idea why I think that.
The scribes markings almost look like an after thought because it seems like there is no glazing over them.it is kind of lopsided and the pedestal is not round but more oval.I bought it at a thrift store this year in port lavaca tx.it had just been donated and they just put it on shelf and I grabbed it.it was marked fifty cents.that is all I know about it.no chips, no cracks I mean none.the only flaw is the big spot in the middle of the basin and it is glazed over.if anyone can tell me something about it I would be very grateful. 20160530_230248.jpg
