NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooo! If you buy an "underwater" metal detector, you have to pay at least US$600.00 If you don't buy a KNOWN brand, you are going to be disappointed and you will end up spending MORE money than you need to! :skullflag:

order your machine from another country where its cheaper and import it. is that an option?

or... if you are handy with electronics you can make your own from a kit or from scratch. check youtube vids under the search term "surfmaster PI kit"

thank you guys :) could you tell me a few detectors that can hunt in shallow water (other than at pro? just a couple of them so i can search them out and see the price and if i can manage somehow :)

well its expensive in europe,i ordered euro ace 3 years ago from Garrett Slovenia, and it was expensive as hell plus the shipping, well probably because of our standard. one detector costs even more than our monthly paycheck :)

If you are hunting SALTWATER, your choices will be limited to EXPENSIVE machines - Multi-frequency VLF, or Pulse Induction.

On land or in FRESHWATER, ANY single-frequency VLF detector like the Garrett AT Pro with a waterproof coil will work.
