Double die coins. The spot that you have circled looks like something sharp poked it - like maybe a pocket knife while trying to get the cents out of the wrapper. ...I know that from experience.

Not sure about rarity or value of the others. I've got a few also.

Hi kcm, I am not sure the 1992 D is a double die coin, I have found just couple coin like this. Any idea 1992 D one? Is it rare?
