New scrap poem from Forrester Fenn!

This was a scrap poem Mr.Fenn was goin to use as a clue but scrapped it because he thought it was to obvious! It was found in an old drawer of his after his death!

"A day thats cold, I venture forth,
To hide my gold on Mountain floors,
The time to find it, late at night,
when the sun provides no light,
it's there beneath the house of brown,
no relation with house or town,
where water ceases to flow so warm,
that's where you'll find my treasures dorm,
take it, leave and have your laughs, I assure you,
that mine will be last"

Maybe. I think it means like a waterfall above a town. Cus why else would you mention a twon anyways?

I'm curious as to where you got the poem and why you believe it's authentic? You mention that it was found in a desk drawer after his death. But I believe Forrest Fenn (not "Forrester") is still alive and well.

Great thing to speculate about. It caught my attention that Fenn said his treasure was below 10,200 ft., why that specific number? Well, here in the Rockies, over at Leadville they have that big sign that says 'We love Leadville Great Living @ 10,200'. You go on south and the elevation drops, and there's the Mt. Princeton hot springs, which run into Chalk Creek. Chalk Creek might be a little warmer than the cold Arkansas River it runs into over east. And that's in the Brown's Canyon area. Just something I wondered about, and I don't believe there's anything there.

There are so many options when it comes to clue interpretations.
Like i said only the hidder and the finder will know for sure, the proof being the actual chest of treasure.
