Hey guys,
I did not find info of the high series number like this one, I did some researched on Google. It says that "all series 1995 2$ dollar bill were printed at Fort Worth, TX. series number above 96000000 are not used; thus F96000000A is followed by F0000001"

So does this mean this 2 dollar bill should not in circulation?

Any information will be appreciated. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1479961687.798401.jpg

I spend them quite regularly. I hope they are not worth more than $2.

The Official Red Book of US Paper Money (Friedberg) states that with the exception of Atlanta (your bill) and the Minneapolis $2 bill, those issues were not meant to circulate, but intended for sale to collectors. Your bill, printed in either 1996 or 1997, is one of a total printing of 153,600,000 bills issued in Atlanta for the Series of 1995;and printed at Ft.Worth as you mentioned.
Actually,' FH' bills such as yours were printed with serial numbers from 990-40001 through 999-99999; the difference was bills with those numbers were printed on uncut sheets for collectors. It seems reasonable to assume your bill was cut by a collector from an uncut sheet then placed into general circulation.
