Interesting how that gentleman knew where every bomb and boobytrap was. And there was the brave camera operator documenting each step!

Why would somebody post that video? How is he (or she) better off?

Good luck to all,

It's their proof of find.. if they go missing send for help. If they are the.only ones who know where it's at. That could be good thing. Now they set up a buyer and move to their own island

Their reaction is certainly different than mine. Kind of matter of fact, we do this every day, kind of a deal. I'd be dying of a heart attack.

Who would know where to look? They aren't going to share the location in an Internets video.

I tend to agree with you about setting up a buyer...

Good luck to all,

They could take small portions not to draw attention. Live life as modest as possible with no worries. Restash some else where just encase the motherload was found. There are all kind of things to do. What a problem to have. I'd take it

This was found in 1945 on the Philippines Islands.

There are 950,000 metric tons of gold ( declared missing in the International Court of Justice in Hague) picked up by Yamashita from its European Ally, Hitler and another 250,000 metric tons of the Japanese loot around Southeast Asia are both now in the Philippines.

This is actually old ... Errr... that original picture FOR the video rather is old...

For I posted that same picture of the guy on top of that stack of bars in the Random Picture Thread.

As far as the validity of the video... who knows.

As far as "the excitement" of those pictured... perhaps this is actually "the return visit"... IE: they have been there ... seen it... returned for camera's for documentation etc.

It's possible, a lot of Nazi hid gold during the WWII era. But if it was real I would assume every news station would talk about it, like that cache of double eagles a few years back. It could be real just being kept quiet by the finder. I still highly doubt it. I bet you you could peel the bars to reveal chocolate lol.

Here's what a Nazi gold bar looks like according to the internet. I will try to compare them to the ones in the video.
