I sent my 3 year old T2 SE for the T2 upgrade two weeks ago. Instead of upgrading it, they were nice enough to send me a brand new T2 SE instead. I am a little sad to see my old T2 go, but very happy to have one that doesn't go crazy and start crackling randomly, it also lose it's batteries or they get lose and it resets every ten minutes. It also was able to detect a quarter four inches deeper than my other T2 on an air test, 14 inches vs 10 for my other one. I can't wait to use it later today!

Always good to hear of a company going above and beyond what is required.

I hope it lasts much longer too, I'm going to be more careful now, and get a coil cover.

The way I see it is you learned and earned with one; and now your going to be killing it with a new one.

Best of luck to you.

I hope it lasts much longer too, I'm going to be more careful now, and get a coil cover.

They did the same thing when I send my F75LTD in back in Feb 2015 for the DST upgrade. I received a new one back.

Not the first time they have done that too! I had a problem with my metal detector randomly overloading, they completely fixed it and even cleaned it up with no questions asked, I got it back within a week.
