Detector(s) used
Fisher Gold Bug II, 4 Kidde brand smoke detectors, and 1 carbon monoxide detector I bought from Home Depot (can't remember the brand).
Primary Interest:
Prospecting
I have two gun rack hold clamps with a rubber cinch on each one on the handlebars on my Rokon that holds my detector quite snugly. Works like a charm. My Rokon jolts around a lot more than an ATV does!

I also carry mine in the gun rack and have never had an issue. If I'm going to be in a lot of brush, I will shorten the shaft. Just have to drive like you have some since. LoL IMG_20160903_075504440.jpg

Yea like wise. Gun rack holders. Or bow rack holders they both work the same. I also just fold it down and just strap it to the back carrier so it wont vibrate around FB_IMG_1424504669196.jpg 20160408_163119.jpg

I use the front rack and like someone else said, if the trail is narrow, I shorten the shaft. If it is real bumpy I will put it in one of my padded gun bags.
