ummm is it sitting on a BBQ?

I usually find this type of thing at camp fires. Melted aluminium foil / cups etc.

I figured that it was probably was just that. I found both pieces at different locations. What are your thoughts on the leadlike rocks. I have not checked them all for being magnetic yet though. I like the term firenuggets!

I call them Bud nuggets. On the Oregon coast it's usually too cold for bathing suits, so driving ATV's on the sand dunes is popular. Then later they build drift wood fires, sit around the fire drinking Budweiser, then throw the empties into the fire. The cans melt down into nuggets, then later people blast those same ATV's through the area blowing the nuggets all over the place. They are worse than pop tabs, and will drive you nuts, especially when you know there is some good stuff there, and those nuggets ring up the same as a gold ring.

Both pieces came from yards that i mainly pulled trash out of. I am currently hunting a yard where the house was built 1900. It has produced some good things so far including a 1945 Merc, old Case knife, old copper dragon-fly broach and a stamped copper make-up compact (both pieces) and a oldhorseshoe as well as plenty of trash Pretty excited so far about this yard
