Way to go! Nice wildlife rescue! I really like the little sharp-shinned hawks. They hunt the tweetie birds around my house. :headbang:

The tweetie birds really annoy me sometimes. In the summer, when the sun comes out at 4:30am, all the little twittie birds sing as loud as they can right outside the bedroom window. I couldn't fall back to sleep on a weekend a few times this summer because of them waking me up at 4:30am!

Dirtlooter, A Hewge' Congrat's to both you and your wife for freeing the Hawk. I love birds of prey Hawks, Eagles, Owls, etc. This was a great story and I'll give it a 3rd Honorable Mention. I worked for animal control here for a short while and some of my best memories were giving aid to injured Hawks or Owls. I love to see these great birds out and about. Yhall' did Good. God's Speed.
