yea I never heard of
any thing like that for Treasure sites anywhere .

First off to Prove a Treasure wasn't claimed, You would first need to find it
& Prove it was there. then take Coordinates & Re-bury it.

then treat it like a Geo Cache & Never take it out.

as far as the Philippines go. There could be Treasures Buried almost any where.
many were recovered , especially around the Philippine-American War, 1899-1902, u.s. soldiers were stealing left & right. [h=1]at least $80,000 dug up by Washington Troops in 1899 Philippines[/h]
but I'm sure they didn't get them all.
Even with the Best detectors in the World, We can't get them all.

My suggestion, any place there are Old Stone walls,
Run detectors around every Inch of them.
If you hit metal, Find out what it is.

And any place where there are old Foundations, Do the same,
and hope for Buckets of these
