RTR, Agreed. Kind of fits the mold of a few other faux/fiction/scripted/reality shows on the tube. I only caught the last five minutes, waiting for Gold Rush, another scripted, but more real program, to come on. Was I surprised to see that old house basement presented as a treasure bunker empty? No.
Cool ! I was looking for something to Watch.

first Off I hate Gold Rush, So I'm glad it's Not like Gold Rush
OK First Impressions After the First Episode.
I think they may be Phonies.
They claim to be CIA & changed his name Because of it,
it isn't afraid the Show his Face ?
seems 49.9% of Americans claim they are or were CIA
50.9 % claim they are or were navy seals or other Military intelligence.
& then there is Me
So I do doubt their honesty on who they are.
They have allot of access to equipment, But their Detector looks generic.

which could mean military, old confiscated equipment , or old movie set equipment.
as far as the Money, I say it's in the Hands of Politicians, Hollywood elite & Border control.
But the show is Interesting & I hope I'm Wrong, But would Columbia really
give americans Permission to Treasure Hunt Drug Money from Pablo ?

Yep it’s pretty sad. Me and the mister started watching this,hoping there would be more to it but what snooze fest. I used to fall asleep Friday nights watching Gold Rush.

I haven't seen it ( thanks for the warning) It's probably right up there with "joke Island " ! You gotta be in la la land to hang with shows like these and snake Island . Gold Rush is cringe worthy as well ! I don't care how old Parker is , he treats people like garbage ! I wish somebody would give him a knuckle sandwhich . Who cares how much gold he has raped the land for , he's a jerk and a scumbag in my opinion .

yeah, I quit watching this show after last year’s Yukon trip that Parker and his pals did after the Gold Rush season. I had cut him some slack during the show because of the pressure put on this young guy to lead a crew and produce. But he was such a complete douche during the trip, a miserable brat that everyone else needed to cater to, It wasn’t the show, it was him being a jerk and wasn’t going to watch him another season.

When I heard about it I thought 'this might have potential'. I only watched bits and pieces of it. A couple of times the translation wasn't exactly what was being said in Spanish. There's is probably no way in reality they will be allowed to get anywhere close to Escobar's millions, if there are any lying around. I kinda like Gold Rush. They film one segment south of here at Fairplay, and got all the locals stirred up. Those guys do turn up some gold though.
