Is there a certain website that tells you who owns a certain property?

Our county has a GIS link from their website tat lists all the taxpayers - street address or by tapping on an aerial view/map.

You need to Google The County , The State & add the word GIS

& look for Property Info.

Or call Your County & ask if there is a Free GIS Property Map online

Not all have a Free Map, Some Charge, Some make you show up at the Court House.

the downside though is ....... there is a Freedom of Information act.
but It isn't a Free Information act.

at the Court House they May show you the Map Books.
But if you want Help, They may charge :(

all depends on the County

I use On X hunt app. It is a hunting app that shows land ownership via county records, parks, public lands, etc. It works well on your phone and with your phone's GPS, and you can pull up all your info on a desktop. I like it.

Many(most?) states have that info on their Property Assessments sites. Try your local county site if you cant find it thru the state.
