Best Geophysical Equipment for Locating Voids and Tunnels ?

Hi,

I am looking for an instrument that can identify voids or tunnels within a cave system, with hot and humid conditions and saltwater is prevalent.
GPR units apparently don't work well with salt water. The max depth we want to penetrate is about 10m.

Looking for some advice on whats the best instrument to use and where I can hire one out with the technician, not looking for freebies, we have funds and will pay accordingly within our budget. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks, Yeah apparently it doesnt work great in Saltwater areas. Haha, yeah this lunatic will be using the instrument at my location as stated in that other post.
