Need help with name of building

I have Googled a building in Orange County CA and want to know what it is. It is very distinctive from the air (Google Earth0. How can I find what it is? It is on the corner of 2 major streets and is too far away for me to drive to. Help!

try live.com and input the address. its msn's map service and you can circle a building like if your in an airplane.
