I got the impression that Fenn said the solve wasn't that involved. But in spite of that, wow, I like your post.

So Fenn wanted to be buried in the Rochester cemetery next to his treasure chest?
It would make looking for and retrieving the chest a tad difficult.
Taking things from cemeteries can cause trouble. Even if someone set it up as a memorial treasure hunt
