I ran to copperheads in Texas for the first time this year. They just lay there and let you walk up o n them. Copperheads don't rattle. That is spooky! I am from AZ and use Rattler headphones so I can hear the snakes rattle. Not sure what to do about copperheads.

Copperheads are the only venomous snakes that seem to be invasive if not dealt with.
I suggest all the snake lovers think twice when someone posts about killing snakes when there are scores of dangerous snakes around their homes.

That’s a sacred thing your home. To each their own. Plenty of habitat for snakes in this world. In my mind it’s like squashing a black widow spider.


Never heard of any snake species killed by homeowners to extinction?
