What does it say? Maybe put a piece of paper over it, and make a rubbing with a pencil, then lay it out and take a pic so we can see what it says.

It's a beer bottle from "Fuller & Swatland", grocers and wine & spirit merchants in Hastings, England, and likely dates from the 1910s-1930s or so.
