2. It's a dash at twenty and a dot at 60, what is it?
Answer: the lines on the highway.
3. At last count, there were well over 2,000,000 of these in the US. While they can be hard to see you have probably passed over 100 today.
Answer: Gideon's bibles.

I don't know for sure if it is Bugs voice actor but I would think it is the current one whoever he is?
