Looking For Donations For the Cub Scouts & Boy Scout

Hi everyone

I'm trying to set up some metal detecting hunts for our Cub Scouts & Boy Scout Troops here in our local area. If you have any old metal detectors just laying around collecting dust the children would shure appreciate you donateing them so they could go out hunting.

Hey David, I thought about doing the same thing for my Cub Scout pack and am glad to see I'm not the only one. One thing I might remind everyone here, is that everything that is donated to the Cub Scouts or the Boy Scouts is tax deductible.

Tim....we too are doing that, well, getting the boys interested in detecting. Our last camping trip a couple of weeks ago...we let the boys use ours (we have 3) and they loved it. Camping again in two weeks with more detecting planned. They need to design a badge for it!!!

Dave, let me know how it pans out about contacting those companies as I posted in the other thread.
