I sure hope he gets them back...I thought about giving him some of mine to get a new collection started...but I don't know these folks and No Doubt it wouldn't mean what these that he found with his Dad mean to him. It just makes me sick that they would steal something so sentimental to him.

Sincerely hope the arrowhead collection is recovered. It think it warrants all of us to take pictures of our finds and keep them for such an emergency.

Once again we see how low people can go.
You help somebody and it comes back to bite you in the ass.
This is so wrong on many levels, they stole from someone kind hearted enough to help them when they were down.
That being the case, they must of had some sort of relationship with the family. In the course of that, they would have learned about the collection, its value and it's bond to Father and child.
They knew the hurt it would cause and had total disregard for that when they stole it.
Hopefully to local PD will be able to solve this and recover the points. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure this one out.
Usually thieves don't cart off 3 big display cases of rocks unless they're diamonds or some other pretty rock, not points.
Here's a question to the forum, what do you think their punishment should be?

The news tonight said One person was in custody....but no sign of the artifacts as of now. That person is one of the two his mother helped.

The Woman doesn't have a lot of money but she said on the news that she would make payments to whoever bought them if that turns out to be the case. They Really Are Devestated about this.

I still can't believe someone would do this.

I’ve got some drain cleaner that only plumbers can buy.... it reacts to hot water and eats anything organic.... like skin. I would love to find out what this stuff would do to a eyelid.

UPDATE....STILL NO RECOVERY AS OF YESTERDAY.

I appreciate you guys watching for these artifacts to show up.

Hopefully a miracle will happen and they will be found, the suspects aren't the most upstanding of society, so who knows at this point....
