What digging shovel do you use?

I am looking into purchasing a digging shovel. I was looking at the 32" root assassin. Do any of you use this shovel? Can you guys recommend an affordable digging shovel? What do you use? Thanks for the help!!

I would go with a cheapo from the hardware store, mine was yellow never had a issue with it, if you do alot of digging the Ranger will make you happy, its worth saving up for IMO...

I've got a White's Ground Hawg and I really like it. It's not too heavy and the handle length is good, it cuts a nice clean plug too
"That's me, on the beach side combing the sand, metal meter in my hand, sporting a pocket full of change"...... NOFX

I collect military relics, mainly German and American, but interested in others as well, pre 1945 .. Always interested in adding to my collection

I have used the same shovel for over 30 years , it has never failed me .
It's a 1942 U.S army entrenching tool like the one shown. Now think about this , this Shovel is 77 years old and has not broke or worn out yet.
I'd love to get me a nice new shovel but I'm so use to using this true relic.

That what happens when you try to get the " best bang for your buck ", that's high carbon steel and will rust with a little moister... cant beat the quality of Predator 59$ for this one...https://www.predatortools.com/collec...odel-28-shovel
