Yep but back in 2008, it was around $10,000 an ounce. They made a major find of Rhodium and the market for it, took a major correction (drop).

I bought a few ounces of Rhodium when it went from 10k to $600 an ounce looks like the boon has finally dried up and is heading north again. Haven't looked at the price of it in years. I am smiling a little

January 1980.. silver was nearing 50$ per ounce.
My pops broke the springs on his pickup truck taking his stack to a refiner.
I'd love to see silver hit 40$

Been watching the steady rise for a year or more.... Nice!

I find discrepancy between different reportings, though.
The Yahoo finance page has gold sitting at $1518.40, atm,
the Ultrafast live gold calculator at dendritics shows $1506.03, atm ( https://dendritics.com/metal-calc/ ),
and our own kitco is showing $1504.10, atm.

I just always wondered about those differences, like, which is it....
Yesterday is history, tomorow a mystery. All we have is the here and now, it's a special gift. That's why we call it "The Present"

Pity the poor agnostic dyslexic insomniac who lies awake at night wondering if there really is a Dog.

    Yes it is .

Hence why my Wife's Big Fingered self, has not been able to afford to get the small white gold rings I found her over the years have not been sized 'YET'.

" They need a Rhodium plating over that gold " They told me & it also added a couple 'Benji's'. That was 5 years ago so I need to check again .
As I am finding , In life we begin having the Blissful happiness & the Wonder & innocence of a Child, then fall Quickly, then spend the rest of our lives trying to reach that point where we began ,through Pleasure , Fame, & Materials but Only 'Through true faith in Jesus , can we find Prefect Happiness or true Meaning in our Short lives on this Beautiful Earth filled with both the Light of Pure goodness & The Darkness of Pure Evil.
