Going through an old house (1860) in Schuylkill county. Pa and metal detecting the yard a bit. There is nothing super valuable but have a looksy at what I found...

1 vintage spinning Lasko window fan, didnt even know they had these back then. A quick online search found people askin between $80-175 for these old things..from the 60s I think. 20190908_005751.jpg

1 old file cabinet full of sleeves with peoples names but its stick shut and I dont think theres any files.
Still would be nice to know what the files go to. 20190908_005741.jpg

2 very large room sized rugs or 1 rug and 1 padding for a rug. I have no idea how to tell if these are worth cleaning or just junk. 20190908_005855.jpg 20190908_005846.jpg

And a bunch of junk from the backyard. A bunch of bottle caps and glass, square nails and old bolts out the yinyang. Notice the phone number is 4 digits on the milk cap. Abbot is an old medicine company. I'd really like to know what the hunk of metal is tho, it was tarnished over so I hit it with some vinegar and a wire wheel to shine it up when that didnt work. I thought it might had been something someone threw in the old coal furnace by accident because there is coal and glass everywhere.

No rings or coins or anything good really but everything half decent I found was at least 8" and down well over a ft. Which makes each hole an ordeal. I've found detecting the coal region to be a headache in general with all the coal and junk iron everywhere.
