Has anyone heard any rumours on any new detectors or equipment that will be released in the upcoming year? It seems to be very quiet out there lately from all the manufacturers? What's the scoop?

Yea this is a new one I've been seeing lab tested said it's supposed to discover metal objects up to an inch down. I'm super excited....

Good one broken detector. I had one similar to that and found a lot of stuff. Usually by seeing things lying on top of the ground near where I was 'detecting'.

Haha I know, I had one and the best I could do is if I tripped on the 3 inch piece of iron sticking out of ground.

Maybe I should have said any High-end detectors. Seems everyone is trying to corner the bottom of the market with low-cost machines to kill each other off, but no one is appealing to the higher end market like XP, Minelab, even Garrett. Yes I know I know the Equinox but even that is going on 2 years old. It feels like everyone is just sitting on older tech and pumping out low-cost machines using that to fill the marketplace.

I hear Fisher is sending out the Aqua Manta for testing in the near future. Fairly reliable source. I also hear Nokta is working on a multi frequency. Fairly reliable source.
