New resident of North Carolina

I recently relocated to North Carolina and interested in metal detecting on the coast and relic hunting in northcentral North Carolina. My metal detecting adventures began in Colorado and Wyoming in the 1960's and continue to the present. I would appreciate any suggestions from the members on areas of interest to explore.
