NO. Short answer to this: once you involved them, anything you find, the property it was found on, whether it’s your own property or not, they CAN and WILL use their powers to take your property/finds.

Depends on what it is say there gold coins hard to hide selling a bunch of those. I would talk to a attorney see what they say but Im not giving it to someone else knowing that If I didnt find it it would have been lost forever I saw an article where these two people found a cache and didnt turn it in and got I think it was 5 years. You would need to be more specific on what was found to give you a better reply.Good question its mine its mine its mine

It's not a simple yes or no question.

Depends what it was a "valuable cache" of. If it's 60 kilos of cocaine or a million dollars worth of heroin I probably would.

Jars of gold coins . . . not so much

To rip or not to rip is the question right!? I'd try to avoid the FBI but who knows. I need to be put in a real situation with real gold in my hands! ASAP!

You're actual thinking about the question. I don't think thinking is required to answer the question. In fact once you start thinking it can lead to opening doors that you may not want to know what's behind them. So I vote YES. No! I mean I vote No. Now I don't know how to vote. See, thinking can only get you in trouble. I will vote what ever everyone else voted for. No thinking required.

No, why would I? I only hunt private permissions and one beat to death park on the water. I'd just pay the stupid taxes and live happily ever after.

I guess the question is, so I turn into a whinny, and spill my guts, or do I keep my business (my personal life) protected?

No question on this end :)

No and I tell no one period, not even my loved ones (anyone divorced knows why). When I go to sell, I melt it and make sure I always have an attorney on standby when anyone comes asking questions, just refer their questions to your attorney.
