Yes, the year is half over. Covid and my knees kept me out of the wilds for a lot this year. Some stuff is missing. I do not count clad as finds. I did find a Merc or two and a couple large cents, but don't have a pic of the merc. I did not do any parks. I only hunted three spots seriously.

Here's a recap: IMG_1475.JPG IMG_1365.JPG IMG_1360.JPG IMG_1378.JPG IMG_1576.JPG IMG_1639.JPG IMG_1657.JPG IMG_1763.JPG IMG_1766.JPG IMG_1767.JPG IMG_1768.JPG IMG_1770.JPG IMG_1771.JPG IMG_1778.JPG IMG_1779.JPG IMG_1774.JPG IMG_1791.JPG IMG_1787.JPG IMG_1813.JPG IMG_1819.JPG IMG_1823.JPG IMG_1827.JPG IMG_1834.JPG IMG_1842.JPG IMG_1844.JPG IMG_1865.JPG IMG_1870.JPG IMG_1871.JPG IMG_1844.JPG IMG_1431.jpg IMG_1377.JPG

Thanks. Some pics are missing. I'm trying to get the bills paid this am. Paid the property taxes for the two properties. Bye bye money!

Good going Smokey! What are the red bead-looking-things in the middle of the seventh row?

That last pic with the coins says it all for me. I really envy you. I'm a coin guy living where there are few coins. I guess I need to travel to find some. Hope the next half of the year is just as good for you! Gary

ToddsPoint, most of those cons were found within 15' of each other. Probably a big spill. I do a lot of traveling to hunt.

That is a nice group of images Smokey. Really nice variety. Congrats and best of success in the second half.

Ticndig, that is a Civil War belt keeper for a union belt. ....

Thanks and that's interesting.
When I saw the item with the 4 triangular tabs I thought it had to do with wood (Minds out of the gutter please:laughing7:) since this technique is used for pressure plates for roof trusses. Just lots more tabs.

Fistfulladirt, I have been out numerous times. I found a nice CW horseshoe (time frame) in my back lawn in the front lawn of a 19th century house. I actually own part of their front lawn. It's pretty bad when you do you own lawn again.

I haven't been out in weeks now. Not since Scrambles got sick. Now my one Lily cat is very ill. It's too hot, too many bees and too many snakes.

Horribly hot. I went out this morning in full sun, 67 degrees. In an hour I was wet, gimme 45 degree temps and I’m comfortable. I can’t wait!
